My research at SCERG is focused on global gene expression analysis and signaling network modelling approaches. My aim is to develop robust and reproducible platforms for the expansion and differentiation of human Pluripotent Stem Cells (PSCs). Rational approaches for stem cell culture and controlled differentiation in specific lineages still need further optimization. Hence, the goal of my project is to unveil the regulatory mechanisms that control PSCs fate transitions, through an integrative comparative study.
