The Human Pluripotent Stem Cell Culture Lab is prepared for the culture of human pluripotent stem cells for expansion and/or differentiation either in static and dynamic conditions. It is equipped with 3 laminar flow hoods and 3 CO2 incubators, one of which allowing also the control of oxygen tension, to culture cells under hypoxic conditions. Routine cell culture visualization is performed using the 2 optical microscopes available and a fluorescent cell analyzer. This laboratory also houses a − 80 °C freezer and liquid nitrogen cell storage tanks.
