Research activities

I am interested in developing innovative strategies for cancer therapeutics, relying on a bioengineering approach. I am currently developing drug delivery systems based on natural cell-derived vesicles, exosomes, originated from human mesenchymal stem/stromal cells (MSCs) for the delivery of anticancer agents.
