Research activities

My project involves the modification of mesenchymal stromal cells derived extracellular vesicles (MSC-EVs) through their complementation with minicircle-derived RNAi molecules, which target the silencing of key players in the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) regulatory pathway, aiming at developing a novel cell-free therapeutic approach for angiogenic disorders characterized by vascular overgrowth.
