My masters thesis research aims to isolate CD34+ cells using BACS that will be extensively studied and compared to the standard MACS platform, concerning technical operating parameters, such as separation yield and labor time. Also, positively selected cells will also be studied concerning their functionality and potency after BACS, using our established ex vivo expansion co-culture system.
