Research activities

In my work I aim to target a particular subset of breast cancer by using mesenchymal stem/stromal cells (MSCs) as cell vehicles for the local expression and delivery of a therapeutic protein, azurin. I will establish a stably transfected MSC cell line with azurin, with non-viral methods, namely the CRISPR/Cas9 system.
