ADULT STEM CELL LABORATORY

The Human Multipotent Stem Cell Culture Lab is prepared for the cultivation of multipotent stem cells under static and dynamic conditions (i.e. in bioreactors). It is equipped with 3 laminar flow hoods and 4 CO2 incubators, one of which allowing also oxygen control. Routine cell culture visualization is performed using the 2 optical microscopes available. This laboratory also houses 4 stirred-tank bioreactors and a wave bioreactor system for large-scale cell manufacturing.
